Q. Do I need to install special software to use online banking?
A. No. However, the online banking system requires minimum system and software requirements in order to run efficiently and securely. We recommend you use current operating systems and browsers which have been updated with the most current patches in conjunction with anti-virus and anti-malware. Q. What type of accounts will I have access to?
A. You will have access to all accounts for which you are deemed and “owner”. Access is available to checking, savings, money market, certificates of deposit, IRA’s and loans.
Q. When I try to view check images or my account history my browser blocks the information.
A. You may need to temporarily disable your “pop-up blocker” to allow certain pages and information to be viewed.
